Return Policy
At Nila & Taara, we prioritize your trust and are committed to providing products with the highest level of care. However there are no Returns or Refunds unless only if the item received is not what you ordered. Rest assured, we carefully pack your order after thoroughly checking the product's condition.
Refund Policy
To initiate a return, please share a clear unboxing video right from the start of opening the parcel along with parcel images by emailing us at nilaandtaara@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once your request is verified, we will arrange a return pickup. The product must be returned in its original packaging with labels intact. After receiving and inspecting the item, a refund (including shipping charges) will be issued to the provided account details.
We do not accept return or refund requests for reasons such as the product being heavy, lite, long, big, or small or any such clauses, as all relevant details and clear images are provided in the product description. Weight per piece ( one piece in a pair) is mentioned under Features. Please check . Minor colour variations may occur due to device screen differences, Natural light and camera captures and also pair to pair minor diffrences of same design since all our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in design from pair to pair might vary. All the images are captured in natural light to bring a close accuracy. Additionally, loose stones or small embellishments out during transit are not considered defects, as they can be easily fixed.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed as per the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
