
Shipping Policy
Shipping Limitation :
We currently ship only within India, subject to the serviceability of the provided pin code by our logistics partners. Our primary shipping partners are Delhivery and DTDC. For pin codes not covered by them, orders will be fulfilled via India Post.
Shipping Policy - The basics :
Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
> Processing Time:
Standard Shipping: Dispatched within same day (or) next business day.
Express Shipping: Dispatched within 1 business day.
> Shipping Charges: A single shipping fee applies per order, regardless of whether you purchase one or multiple products. Charges are calculated on the total cart value.
> Delivery Issues: Any concerns regarding order delivery must be reported within 2 days of receiving the package. Complaints raised after this period will not be accepted.
> Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details, including address, pin code, and contact number. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer will need to bear the reshipping charges.
No cancellation and no refunds in such cases.
Estimated Delivery Timeline :
Standard Delivery: Within 7-8 days from order confirmation.
Express Delivery: Within 6–7 days from order confirmation.
Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control or that of our courier partners—such as curfews, natural calamities, local disturbances, or high order volumes during festive seasons—may cause unavoidable delays.
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp (if provided) once the order has been shipped. We request you to allow up to the 3rd business day (for standard shipping) and the 2nd business day (for express shipping) after order confirmation for tracking updates to reflect. If a parcel is declared lost by the courier, we will either reship the order (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund, as per the customer’s preference.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
